Hu Yao-Chieh (Jeff) and Lee Ting-Ting (Tina) have known each other for nearly three years. They co-founded Turing Chain Limited in 2018 as CEO and CTO respectively. They are now the first scholars in Asia to be invited to the UC Berkeley Blockchain Lab. They were respectively previously working as Head of Blockchain at New York's news media blockchain [Blackbird.AI](http://blackbird.ai/) , lead trading bot engineer at J.P. Morgan Hong Kong, Writer of the year at Medium in Technology and Investment aspects, and lead AI consultant at Microsoft X HSBC Asia Pacific. They have co-authored and published three blockchain papers in the world's most prestigious conferences ACM, IEEE and international journal CPE, and was awarded the Best Paper in CryBlock’18, Germany.
