We’re building Nyck, an agentic AI employee that automates procurement for small and medium-sized businesses. Nyck saves time by handling the entire manual workflow for things like purchasing and updating inventory and helps to save money by doing things like finding alternate suppliers and getting price quotes for particular SKUs. With a single command, Nyck can reduce time spent on procurement by 90%, giving SMBs a faster, smarter way to buy and the freedom to focus on growing their business.

Marc Davis (CEO): An experienced B2B SaaS leader, Marc brings a background of three years at Bain & Company and was a key member of the founding team at a previous startup that successfully raised $5M. He is currently pursuing his MBA at Kellogg. Daniel Sutheo (CPO): Daniel leads product and customer management, bringing significant experience from McKinsey where he built enterprise AI solutions. He is currently a Kellogg MBA candidate. Deepika Sampangi (CTO): Deepika leads our technical development and brings 6+ years of software engineering experience from J.P. Morgan Chase along with a post-graduate degree in Data Science. The rest of our team is comprised of several engineers and designers working in a part-time capacity, including a FAANG veteran with multi-year experience in agentic AI. Our technical and research bench includes a lead engineer who built features at SpaceX, a product designer from Zoho, and R&D leads currently in the Kellogg Operations PhD and MBA programs with backgrounds in decision sciences and supply chain management.
