For nearly two decades, students from around the world have competed in the Imagine Cup, Microsoft’s global technology competition just for students, for the chance to win mentorship, networking opportunities, free travel, cash, and other prizes, not to mention the coveted trophy. But the Imagine Cup is more than just a tech competition. It’s a chance to work with friends, gain new skills, and meet other students who want to make a difference.

And the winner is...

Out of thousands of student competitors across the world, the 2019 Imagine Cup came down to 3 teams competing in the World Championship at Microsoft Build. After a live project pitch in front of a panel of expert judges, Team EasyGlucose from The United States took home first place for their project, a low-cost and non-invasive blood glucose level monitor which utilizes Azure Deep Learning and smartphone-based opthalmic imaging. Watch the show to relive the Championship and share in the moment of winning the trophy.
