專案概觀
Short version:
A software as a service providing the technology to let users in a closed
network discover more about their peers by using facial recognition and
augmented reality markers.
Long version:
Eagle Vision is leading edge technology offering that allows you to scan a crowd of
consenting people with your camera phone and bring to life non-visual information about
them. The prototype was conceived at HackHarvard 2017, where it won ‘Most Fundable
Hack’ and ‘Dell Customer Experience’ prizes. People in a closed group will be opt-in to share
information about themselves to others in the network, which would be visible to others in
the network through the camera, in the form of an augmented reality (AR) marker above their
head. Eagle Vision uses leading-edge augmented reality (AR) and facial recognition (FR)
technology to eliminate the need for lanyards, name badges or mismatched conversations.
The technology has a plethora of use cases, such as i) crowd management, security, or
humanitarian assistance in a refugee camp (such as identifying and categorizing people
efficiently) ii) making it easier to connect at conferences and networking events, or iii)
allowing members of a co-working space or incubator to identify those with a helpful skill or
mutual interest.
Key to the technology offering is that it is offered as a white label software as a service to
commercial and institutional customers for them to offer the technology to their user base.
The offering is customizable for the purpose of each customer’s use case: for example, the
categories of information available for sharing can be tailored for various types of medical
field clinics and ancillary tools such as links to user’s social media and calendar tools can be
incorporated for conference and networking customers. The flexibility of the service opens
up wide

關於團隊
We have a unique technical and diverse team with a product that has the potential to have a far-
reaching impact across many use cases. With the right guidance and funding, we believe we have the
vision and competencies to create a socially impactful and commercially viable, customer-focused
business around our technology product.
We have a team of 4; 3 of us are computer science juniors/seniors all at different universities and the other is a student studying public health at Harvard University who handles the business aspect of Eagle Vision. Our idea came to fruition at the start of HackHarvard 2017 and we completed a working prototype by the end of the weekend. Our team was awarded "Most Fundable Hack" by Harvard College and "Application with the best UI/UX" by Dell, Inc. Overall, this was an amazing team and I'd love the opportunity to work with them again.
