Our startup focuses on solving the skill–job mismatch faced by students and early professionals. Many candidates are unsure which skills they lack for their desired job roles, leading to inefficient learning and delayed career growth. Our platform analyzes a user’s resume and compares it with industry-required skills for a selected job role. It then generates a personalized skill gap report along with a structured learning roadmap and curated educational resources. The goal is to help users become job-ready through focused, data-driven skill development.

We are a team of BTech third-year students from MVSR Engineering College with a strong interest in software development and applied AI. Our team combines skills in programming, web development, and problem-solving. We are passionate about building practical, student-centric technology solutions that address real-world challenges. Through this project, we aim to apply our technical knowledge to create a scalable and impactful career guidance platform.
