Global recruitment solution for the first eco-sustainable community, willing to put forth an idea of sustainable, efficient and resilient future. The goal is to bring together open-minded humans, with the desire to promote a healthy lifestyle and to build and maintain a healthy land - adaptable to climate changes. Project aims to gather a collective of people with the same core values, willing to work toward the same goal, of developing a culture by involving every aspect of its well-being. The system for supporting the process of finding the right candidates is a software that will be used by those who are willing to join us on board, as well as by staff with the privileges of managing the system. There are more people looking for such changes, and thus there is a need for an easier, faster and simpler way, of conducting the search process. The implementation of this project is expected to reduce costs and time spent in the process of finding suitable humans. Through screening questionnaires, divided into four category classes: cognitive, personality, integrity & e-intelligence, Elliot will develop roles suited for the required needs of an eco-culture. The same types of behavioral assessments will be used by candidates in the process of applying for those roles. How do we determine best fit candidate? System provides behavioral assessments to identify applicant’s unique strengths, including skills, knowledge and talents. A person’s strengths are key to that person’s personality. Some of the determined characteristics include:

• Developer - Helps other grow and reach their full potential
• Relator - Enjoys forming meaningful relationships with others
• Achiever - Ambitious and takes pleasure in being productive
• Includer - Willing to include/accept others
• Learner - Continually learning and seeking outlets for self-improvement
Candidate provides personal information, selects desired skills & interests, uploads photo & curriculum vitae. The recruiting system conducts candidate’s background check before suggesting open roles for which they potentially apply. Depending on the role, the recruiting system might require skill assessment and/or motivational letter. Whether the background and results are a match for the particular role, administrative staff will get in contact with the candidate. Responsible approach is taken to create the right assessments.
