Things get difficult when you belong to a middle-class family in a country where inflation is hitting new heights every year. Considering this situation, tapping into the e-commerce market with a unique product has become necessary which facilitates both the end-users. Such kind of product is not available in the market which can facilitate all kinds of users, especially the middle class and underprivileged people to rent their products. Combining Lower middle, Middle, and Upper middle marks up to 81.5 million people in Pakistan. This is the target market which we are aiming for. So, our motivation is to fill this gap by introducing a hybrid system called "THE BAZAAR" which merges both auction and rental systems. So a seller will allow users to bid on his/her product and then the seller can allow the user to rent the product for a specific period of time. To resolve the security of the product being rented, "Bazaar" will take security fees and valid personal credentials to confirm the user authenticity and reliability. So, this is the right time to bring such a project to the market which is the need of the moment. Our product falls in the C2C Ecommerce category which is a rapidly growing marketplace and has a demanding future. Revenue Generation streams: Listing Fee ( Product uploading fee) Commission Based ( 10 -20 % commission on every successful rented product) Advertisement Based ( Google ads etc)

Muhammad Salman Ali(team lead), Muhammad Zain We are TECH TITANS from Fast Nuces CFD campus currently pursuing BS(CS). We both members belong from different demographical backgrounds but are United on the problem we are solving. Being in the same computer science department our interests are quite similar. The common attribute which made us into a team was the entrepreneurial mindset. We both keep looking for gaps in our society and do brainstorm sessions to reach a product that can be used to fill that gap. Zain is more into technical things and loves to debug code. He is more focused on the front end of the website.
