When we first started working on our game, we wanted to make a game that is not only entertaining but that can have an impact on a person’s life. In our daily life, we all know people who smoke, some of them are even close to us. They are aware of the fact that smoking is injurious to their health. But they do not realize from the bottom of their heart that smoking is slowly killing them and their loved ones. So, we chose to make a game that conveys a social message; that “Smoking is Bad”. We love game developing, we love games even more! What better choice we have to convey our message to the world but games? The name of our game is ‘Smoking Bad’, it’s a 3d side-scrolling puzzle solver game. The main character of our game, Aurora, is a little girl. After Aurora’s father is diagnosed with cancer (because of smoking), she sets out to a journey in her dreamland to save him. She has to solve different puzzles in different worlds, and by doing so she will get a piece of ‘heart’. In her imagination, with this heart, she will save her father from cancer. What more can a little girl do to save her father, the binding glue of the family?

We are a team of passionate game developers and game enthusiasts from Dhaka, Bangladesh, bound together by our great passion for building unique, meaningful games. Our team consists of four people. Azad is our team leader, responsible for programming; Haque works on graphic design & animation; Paul's task is level design, create 3d & 2d assets. Tusher works on sound, art, and promotion. We are currently studying Computer Science and Engineering at Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology and we’re about to complete our Final Year at university. The four of us couldn't be more different from one another, but that’s what makes us such a great team - each person brings something new to the table and we are all powerfully focused about our purpose. We were National Champions in 2014’s Imagine Cup Regionals for the Games Category, and this time we are determined to become World Champions.
