Project Overview
ADA is an innovative, AI-powered job platform specifically designed for individuals with disabilities. Our mission is to connect talented job seekers with inclusive employers who value diversity and are committed to equitable hiring practices. By leveraging advanced AI technology, ADA ensures that each job match is personalized, taking into account the unique skills, experiences, and accommodation needs of every user. This targeted approach not only simplifies the job search process but also increases the likelihood of successful and fulfilling employment placements.

About Team
We are a passionate team from Telkom University, combining our diverse skills to create an impactful project for the Imagine Cup. Our team consists of Sayid Rayhan Mulachela as the Hustler, a strategic leader from Informatics with strong project management experience. He has guided multiple tech-driven initiatives and led us into the top 10 finalists of ADA's ATUnet innovation competition, where our work in digital solutions is being recognized.
Our Hackers, Adrian Putra Pratama Badjideh and Muhammad Emirsyah Makarim, bring specialized expertise in data science and software development. Adrian, a Data Science student, is an Assistant Laboratory Specialist at the Big Data Laboratory and has experience in cybersecurity at Siemens Healthineers. His achievements include a Gold Medal in the Lomba Inovasi Digital Mahasiswa and 3rd place in the Meta AI Llama Hackathon. Emirsyah, an Informatics student and Silver Medalist in Software Development at GEMASTIK, also serves as an Assistant at the Digital Talent Center, adding exceptional software skills to our project.
Completing the team as our Hipster is Caecarryo Bagus Dewanata, an Informatics student with a flair for design, specializing in creating intuitive, user-centered interfaces. His creativity and design insight elevate the user experience of our project. Together, we are excited to showcase our innovation, driven by our skills and achievements, and to make a meaningful impact in this competition.
