Hackathon is a word you might or might not be familiar with, so to clarify: a Hackathon in the tech industry is a fast-paced event where people come together to solve a problem. Hackathons usually have a specific focus, and the goal is to create a functioning product/solution by the end. In other words, they’re fun, fast paced, ideas-fueled days where the magic happens!
To help your students build out their Imagine Cup Junior projects we have a recorded hackathon session as well as materials you can use to run a hackathon in your classroom.
