The_X_Team

Our project, Kaizen is developed so as to help mitigate issues affecting education in Africa. As the name suggests Kaizen (a Japanese word meaning change for better), we are bringing a positive change to education in Africa. This is through personalized learning materials that can be accessed by phone for both students and teachers, content to help curb the negative cultural practices happening in most African countries e.g FGM and early marriages, a portal to allow reporting of such incidences, questions that can be accessed through our USSD and lastly an online portal to allow different admins to manage the schools and content for their students.

Our team is made of 4 students, 3 from JKUAT and one from UON who are passionate about technology and the positive impact it can have on our society especially in education.
