The aim of our project STARLING is to present real possibilities of using drones in handling medical emergencies, search and rescue operations in flood, earthquake scenarios, and other disaster Management. Our venture is capable to impact the affected areas and assess the amount of damage, identify the most affected people in a flood area, and is set to solve the medical emergencies at very little time when an ambulance is not able to reach the patient’s location, The compact starling drones, capable of bringing emergency supplies and establishing communication, anywhere and everywhere. Our Starling responds in very little time with medical facilities.
