Smart Grade AI

Smart Grade AI is an EdTech application that automates the exam grading process using artificial intelligence. Designed to save educators time and enhance grading accuracy, our solution allows teachers to focus more on teaching and less on administrative tasks. Smart Grade AI has two main features for exam checking, one is instant checking in which teacher upload the exam key along with student answers and get grading report with feedback on every question. The second feature is bulk checking in which teacher uploads exam key and generates link that can be shared with the students. Students can upload their answers using that link and get grading report with feedback on every question. This ensures transparency for students, consistency in grading, and significant time savings for institutions. We envision Smart Grade AI transforming education systems worldwide by streamlining exam grading and integrating with Learning Management Systems (LMS) for seamless adoption. Currently in the MVP development stage, Smart Grade AI is actively seeking partnerships and resources to scale its impact. Participating in the Microsoft Imagine Cup presents an incredible opportunity to showcase our solution, using Azure’s powerful tools, and will help us bring this product to life.

Our team has achieved notable success, including winning the IBM GenAI International Hackathon and securing 3rd place in the Google Gemma International Hackathon. Contributions: Sadain is an experienced leader who excels at managing teams and building scalable solutions. His expertise in backend development and cloud infrastructure has been pivotal in shaping Smart Grade AI into a robust, efficient platform. Khursheed Ahmed Role: Team Co-Lead and Backend Developer Expertise: Full-stack Web App Development and Generative AI Engineering. Contributions: Khursheed developed the backend architecture of Smart Grade AI using Python, ensuring seamless integration of AI and user-friendly functionality. His focus on performance optimisation and scalability has been key to the product’s success. Huzaifa Fiaz Role: MERN Stack Developer Expertise: Frontend development Contributions: Huzaifa designed and implemented the frontend of Smart Grade AI, making it easy for both teachers and students to use. His attention to detail ensures a smooth user experience and a visually appealing interface. Ahmad Aslam Role: Marketing Manager Contributions: Ahmad worked on the product development and led the marketing efforts for Smart Grade AI, ensuring that the product meets the needs of its target audience and is effectively positioned in the education technology market.
